This designated Canadian Signature Experience tour is a unique opportunity to get more out of your Zoo visit and discover the Journey to Churchill exhibit in a whole new way! Tour this award-winning exhibit with one of our experienced and knowledgeable guides, meet with a member of the animal care team, and go behind the scenes in the laboratories at the Leatherdale International Polar Bear Conservation Centre. This immersive experience offers travelers a convenient and comfortable opportunity to discover the wildilfe, geography and culture of Manitoba's majestic north and visit one of Winnipeg's must-see attractions.

JOURNEY TO CHURCHILL TOUR

Prepare to connect with the Churchill landscape as we tour our Journey to Churchill exhibit in search of polar bears and other tundra animals. Your visit will take you through our Gateway to the Arctic building where we will learn about how the climate is changing around Churchill and then go in search of action steps that we can use here at home to help Manitoba bears.

Take a trip on the wild side as we discover what’s new at the Assiniboine Park Zoo. The tour will take you to visit some of your favourite animals and a few Zoo highlights with the time provided.
